More than a Cooking Class
Cooking Class includes:
- an intensive cooking session with instruction (in English) and practice with our chef, 3 course meal following the lesson including selected wines (Prosecco and Chianti), coffee, all food ingredients, taxes,
- visit to the cellars of the Ugo Bing Winery with tasting of the wines that will be served with lunch/dinner,
- than you will live a journey back in time to discover the underground Etruscan Granaries of 2500 years ago, a great surprise for adults and especially for kids.

Highlight of our 2 week vacation. We learned some things, ate great food, and laughed a lot. It exceeded our expectations- our chef was fantastic- we thoroughly enjoyed her company!

We had a terrific time. Preparing the food was a marvelous experience, and it tasted great. The unexpected winery tour and tasting was excellent. The weather was nice, so we had appetizers outside and were able to watch a great sunset. Thanks chef! We are hoping to repeat the dinner at home sometime soon.

10/10 experience. Julie was so knowledgeable and we both had an amazing time. The food was delicious and we learned so much! She even gave us the recipe to take home. Highly recommended!!

What a great class! The class took place in a 17th century vineyard and started with a very interesting and enjoyable tour with the wine maker, Francesco Bing. After our wine tour, Chef Guiditta met us in the kitchen. Our menu was “simple” but amazing! I have made fresh pasta at home but wanted tips from a professional. Chef Guiditta explained so much that will make my cooking better and more flavorful. Very highly recommend this class!

My husband and I took this class for some fun. I cook and he bbq’s at home. Chef Giuditta and Francesco Bing, owner of Bing Vineyard met us for a 10am tour of the winery and our class. It was suggested we come in the morning to see beautiful Tuscany on our drive and were delighted we did!
The winery and story behind it was very interesting. Sig Bing is a lovely host and his wine is delicious! After 30 minutes in the vineyard, we met up with Chef Giuditta for class. It was a simple, delicious menu, parts of which I have made at home. However, I learned many new and helpful ways to improve my skills. I believe Chef called them “grandmother tricks” and they were fabulous!
Chef Giuditta was engaging, warm and an excellent teacher. She was not only able to show us what to do but explained why we do it. We enjoyed a lovely conversation and Bing wines over lunch and left full and happy.
I would recommend Chef Giuditta/IT cooking and Bing Winery to anyone visiting Tuscany. Both were wonderful experiences.

My family and I had such a wonderfully fun experience with Chef Giuditta! She made sure we all participated and really taught us a lot. The food the wine and the entire experience will never be forgotten. Thank you for the memories!
Hurry up and book this extra-special cooking class and bonus wine tastings! You will not regret it.

Amazing day. Great fun preparing our lunch which we then ate outside over looking the grape vines and olive trees. Amazing chef host and loved our winery tour. So much fun!!

The instruction was friendly & fun, the food & drink was delicious and the view was spectacular … so glad my wife and I did this!! Highly recommend.

We’ve eaten at plenty of fine restaurants, but this experience was a true highlight of our trip to Italy! The personalized experience, making every last dish from scratch in an atmosphere that was welcoming and warm, was part of a perfect day.
We made tiramisu, pasta from scratch, bruschetta, pesto, and chicken in a white wine sauce, all in the kitchen of a 400 acre winery… we explored the wine cellar and ate al fresco at sunset in what was more of a painting than anything else. It was a perfect day.
Our chef was patient and experienced and we were immediately at home with her - couldn’t have asked for more!

My wife and me attended the cooking class with Giuditta, we enjoyed it very much, had a great time together, my wife is vegan so Giuditta made various adjustments and we had special dishes for her.
We then had a great dinner at the garden, in front of the view.
Everything was so tasty and we learned a lot. Very recommended.
