The experience was excellent. However, I have a suggestion for the organizers. There is a mandatory requirement to “bring your official document” that is buried in the downloadable PDF document (not even in the actual electronic ticket). Since this is a mandatory requirement, meaning you won’t be allowed to fly without it, this detail should be prominently displayed in the first lines, not hidden in the fine print. This oversight could potentially ruin your customer’s experience.
When traveling, especially through Mexico, the common advice is to be very careful with your money, belongings, and documents. I usually leave my passport at the hotel. Fortunately, I had a picture of my daughter’s passport and was able to show it to the person at the counter. Otherwise, I would have traveled thousands of miles only to miss the balloon flight because this crucial detail was not made clear. “Bring your official documents” should be the headline of the conditions, not buried in the fine print.

We just got back from our trip and it was so fun! Our guides and pilots were so kind & let us know that depending on the wind will be how close we can get to the pyramids and I didn’t mind not seeing it super close by due to the weather. The food was great! My friends and I had so much fun thanks to the employees! We also met a fun group of people there who came from different parts of the world which is cool!

This was a nice experience, but not a great experience. The Volare team was very organized and the logistics went very smoothly, from the moment we were picked up in and returned to CDMX. Our only disappointment was the actual balloon ride. While you can't control the weather, you can certainly control the communications and set expectations well. We were 12 people in our balloon and the majority of us expressed surprise when we left that ride without getting near the pyramids at all. It would have been helpful to understand the context upfront, especially given how pleasant our group was and how nice the tour guide was. It was still fun to go up and soar above the area with family.

Wonderful experience, the crew was really kind and always maintained communication via whatsapp to make sure we were all there and no one was left behind!
The experience it self was really coo! We got to see the pyramids from above and it was great over all.
The food was a little bland, but I didn’t mind it that much.

Everything was amazing—the communication, the check-in, and being a group of awesome people. The breakfast was decent and the Mariachi was a nice touch. If I would like to see is cremer for the coffee. Thanks.

Surprised my boyfriend with a hot air balloon ride for his 30th birthday and couldn’t have asked for a better time & pilot! Fernando was incredible and made the experience even more enjoyable. Can’t wait to do it again!!!
