We are visiting the fantastic Trollfjord:
The Trollfjord is one of the most visited nature attractions in Lofoten. The fjord is a sidearm the Raftsund east in Lofoten. The fjord is 2 km long, and only 100 meters wide at the most narrow. The steep mountains surrounding the fjord are between 600 and 1100 metres high. The fjord has also played an important part in our fisheries. The battle of the Trollfjord in 1890 is immortalized through Johan Bojer`s novel, «The Last Viking», and one of painter Gunnar Berg`s (1863-1893) main works. Amazing! The Sea Eagles tour with Lofoten Explorer was beyond belief! Whisking around the Norwegian coast in their speedboat in search of the White Tail Sea Eagles was phenomenal, We stopped at two different “islands” where there was a large convocation of Eagles. This was an amazing experience, watching these powerful birds of prey in action! Don’t miss this opportunity if you are spending time in the Lofoten. Our guides were perfect, took good care of us and we felt extremely comfortable going at high speeds on the water. We learned about the geography of the area and spent time in the beautiful Trollfjord. Fairly priced adventure of a lifetime! I appreciated Magnus’ help in the front office before and after the Sea Eagle Safari.

This was such a good tour, I can’t believe it. We got to see so many birds in so many places. We were debating whether to take a cruise to Trollfjord but this tour lets you see so much beautiful scenery along with the eagles and birds and Trollfjord !

Starting with the safety instructions in the meeting room, the tour has been totally perfect. Especially our captain and guide Oliver did a fantastic job. We always felt safe and he explained and answered whatever we wanted to know. The live experience with the Sea Eagles has been extraordinary. I highly recommend this tour.

Guides were the best, made the trip so fun and def got to see the eagles here. Def can't skip out on a trip on the water. Sights were incredible!

This tour was amazing! So many eagle sightings and spectacular scenery. The guide was also super informative without being annoying. We had our two young-20s kids with us and they also really enjoyed it.
