I could have gleaned this information — and more— better through a book. The reader sounded AI and mispronounced everything (spoke in not Spanish not Catalan and not English accents). There was no ability to speed up the audio and the speech was slow and flat. While walking around the city, I thought I’d be able to click on the audio image on the map delivered and be linked directly to the audio description— but no. In addition, while walking around town, the audio would skip, have periods of silence, and generally malfunction. This was a waste of time and money. I’m glad it was inexpensive.

This is the most horrible experience I ever had. Poor communication and poor customer service. The explanation was not clear and no one was responding to emails. I went to salagra familia and was denied access telling the ticket was not for that. I paid for self guide to salagra familia. I will not recommend this site to anyone. What did I paid my money for. I didn't get to see salagra familia because ticket was sold out. I was told at the place your company known for that.

Wasn’t allowed to enter the landmark and it was closed . I had confirmation and still that happened. It was a waste of taxi money to and from and evening . I didn’t have money returned either .

Highly recommend to visit this temple atleast once in your life time. Dont think it in Religious point of view. Just explore the art work and the sculpture
