One of best car services we have ever used. Starting with Mariana in the office who helped with all our arrangements & questions, to helping us figure out what to do while on the island, to Harold and Gabriel who gave us the tour. Everything was wonderful. They were very knowledgeable of the island, friendly and personable. We were a family of six which included an 8 y.o/3 y.o & 1 y.o. They made us feel welcomed and like family. Answered all questions and very helpful. The tour was catered to our needs especially the kids. Everyone felt included and walked away with so much knowledge. It was very interactive and fun. Would definitely recommend this to everyone and we will most definitely used them again on our next trip. Not to mention the prices are very reasonable. They offer many services as well outside of tours and airport pickup/drop off.

Joseph was an incredible driver and guide. He was able to get us into locations we could never have gotten to alone. He was very happy and a pleasure to talk to throughout the day, giving great history tidbits and fun facts about the island and the culture. He gave great recommendations throughout the day and for the rest of our stay. In conclusion, Joseph was top tier. If you are looking for a way around the island, but not wanting to be on a tour bus or feel rushed 100 percent recommend this company. Be sure to ask for Joseph.

The drivers were on time, personable, and clean cars. They were very helpful with loading the cars with our luggage and smooth ride to and from the cruise port. Wonderful experience!

We arrived a few days after a major Hurricane, unsure of what we would arrive to. We received confirmation the day before with our drivers name and pick up information. Pierre was great! Our flight was delayed several hours. As soon as I turned my phone on there was a message from him saying he would meet us by our baggage carousel. He was friendly, courteous and quickly had our group of 7 on our way after a long travel day.
Highly recommend this service!

I had a high level of satisfaction with the team and the services of Puerto Rico Green Transportation. The reservation support team and the drivers were professional, friendly and helpful. I very much appreciated the text and call communications shortly before each reservation pick-up time and that the drivers were always prompt, in fact a bit early.
Jean Marie helped me with the initial reservations (five of them for a family of ten, eight adults and two children) and she was was patient and helpful as we worked through details. Naomi was also very informative, patient and helpful when I called to make adjustments and confirm all reservations. Eric, our first driver that picked us up from the airport, was particularly friendly and professional. Felix was also friendly and conversational. I will definitely keep Puerto Rico Green Transportation at the top of the list for my transportation needs with my next visit to Puerto Rico.
