There are about 27 balloon co in town. I went for the price only to realize it was a mistake for me because they had never intended to sell me a sunrise ride.
When I got my pickup time 4:50 I knew it was wrong but the flight became uncancellable. The lady on WhatsApp from the Co. was very defensive, telling me it was not guaranteed I would get a sunrise. They had never intended to give me a sunrise flight was the deception.
On the day of the pickup, they were 10 mins late and then they drove us to a spot far away from all the other balloons and there were just 2 lonely balloons from Skyway on the field away from all the other balloons. We were practically the last balloon up in the air after the sunrise! I just missed the golden hour, the best lighting for photography😩
So just to be fair, if you just want a ride for cheap price. This Co. is ok. You get what you look for. But if you want that ballon impact and photography, it is missing.

Amazing experience but don’t book it with Viator & don’t book it before you get there. We paid almost $1200 AUD for 4 people, only to find we could have done the hot air balloon ride for half of that has we waited & booked it once we were there.
There is a sales stall on every corner of Cappadocia, for every possible activity on offer, and you can bargain with them about the price.
you will not miss out on a balloon flight.
All very professional. Great experience.

The balloon experience was excellent. We were informed the day before the flight about the pick-up time from our hotel, which was met exactly. We were one of the first balloons to rise in the Goreme Valley, watching the sunrise from the balloon! The drivers, pilot and assistants were all very friendly, explaining all the details of the excursion. It was a great experience.

This was quite simply one of the best experiences of my life. Having said that, we were lucky as out of the three days we spent in Cappadocia, the rides were cancelled on two days. due to bad weather. After the first cancellation, we were able to rebook with the same company and the entire experience was just wonderful; from the pickup, the ride itself, and the dropoff.

Great experience among hundreds of ballons! weather was perfect!
despite it was a great flight, I wish we fly over the chimeneys so we were over a flat valley.
Also I found people (and us) paying very different prices. I think it needs to be homologated so nobody feel dissapointed for paying way more than others!

It was a smooth, lovely balloon ride. The scenery is gorgeous. Our pilot did an outstanding job, and even landed the balloon right on the truck! Just know that they really crowd people into the baskets to the point it can be a bit uncomfortable. Less people would be a more enjoyable ride.
