I have choose this trip as it is a small group trip in a mini bus like many other trips I booked before on viator, but unfortunately It wasn’t a small group trip, i have been misled, it was a large group trip, which was time wasting in borders and assembly time, etc

Great tour. Wonderful scenery. Patricia was a great guide- knowledgeable, caring and amusing. She was interested in all of her group and checked all were OK. Immigration was slow but that's usual when crossing borders.

We had 'Jonny' as our driver and he was fantastic. So knowledgeable and had a great sense of humour. A great driver also!
The group was more than the 7 advertised (we had about 13), but still a small enough group so it didn't cause any issues.
The scenery in Montenegro was out of this world, an absolute must-see!
The only downside which is completely out of anyone's control was the border queue on the way back, but it didn't dampen the day experience.

Good guide and fantastic place but chaotic border crossing, lines and queues to show passports. More than 5 hours sitting in a very hot bus. Otherwise, it is totally worth seeing the place once in a lifetime and Ivana strives to make it easy for all passengers. In English and Spanish.

Visiting Montenegro, the boat trip and the old town. This tour was very informative and our Tour Guide ( Marinella) was an excellent tour guide and displayed outstanding knowledge on Montenegro. The local tour guide was also very good. An outstanding and enjoyable tour.

‘Small’ group tour was actually a very large full bus. Truck stop for coffee, big queue for toilet, back on bus to transfer to walk around small town to wait for boat to take us to the lady of the rocks where the group had a whole 20 minutes to queue again for toilet or the church (choose 1). Most people did not get to do either as queues so long. Back on small boat to putt along to Kotor. We could not hear the guide on the boat over the engine. Once at Kotor we had the same local guide who did not have a microphone or headsets for the group for a short old town tour (about 20 minutes). Some people missed this as again queuing for toilets! Then free time of approximately 1.5 hours then back on bus for return trip. Note bus has terrible air con, it was so hot even the guide was fanning herself with paper to try and stay cool. Actual small groups and bus would improve this tour and this is what we thought we were paying for but didn’t get. A positive- The guide on the bus gave a great summary of the 1991 war.

Wonderful day trip to Montenegro. Highly recommend if you are in Dubrovnik and want to visit a different country. Beautiful weather, great boat trip to the little island and then to Kotor. Great experience and a brilliant driver and tour guide. The views on the way to Montenegro and back are beautiful.

Tour guide was very good and engaging. We had several members of the tour we very late getting back on the bus at each of the stops we made. I wish we could have left these irresponsible people there. They made us loose time in Kotor.

Kotor is beautiful and even though the weather was extremely hot we still enjoyed it. The only issue was the poor air conditioning in the bus. It was never able to cool down the bus and made for a very uncomfortable ride the entire way. You should warn people that your buses cannot keep a reasonable temperature. Tour would be great in October or November.
