Intact, unspoiled nature in the Maremma Park with a carriage ride of about an hour or, depending on the availability of the Park Guides or reservations within the park system, we could change with an Easy Naturalistic Walk with tales of legends, stories of pirates, kidnapped girls and monsters of the sea. The duration is about 1 hour and a half.
The Tarot Garden is, together with the Park Guell in Barcelona, the only splendid example of artistic architecture that the whole world envies us!
The 4-course lunch in the typical Osteria will take you back in the time of healthy and local cuisine.

This place is a worthy stop on the Tuscan trip adventure. It was mind blowing to see and touch Nikki's creations. We have many of Niki's works here in San Diego but had never knew about her home near Capalbio. My wife had tears in her eyes when we walked up the hill and saw the vastness of the site. It is an amazing work to see and experience. Robert, Casa Di Leone.

This is like Gaudi on steroids, absolutely magnificent. The artist had been to Spain back in the 50’s and was so inspired by Gaudi’s works, she decided to create her own park and also a house which she lived in. When the artist passed away in 2002, it was then opened to the public, and so glad it was. Each sculpture is made so that visitors can experience and view each sculpture inside and out. Everyone is encourage to climb/sit onto the sculptures.

Nikido Sulfar's masterpiece art garden, the Tarot Garden.
After seeing the exhibition at the National Art Center, Tokyo in Roppongi, Japan, I was completely captivated by its charm and made the long journey to see it in a rental car.
I was moved by the glittering mosaics and the shapes that stimulated my imagination.

A magical and whimsical garden of Mosaic Sculpture by the artist Niki Du Saint Falle..
my wife and I are both lovers of the arts so it was a bucket list stop to visit the Tarot Farden while we were in Italy.. I would suggest that anybody who visits should familiarize themselves with the work of this wonderful Feminist Artist and Sculpture before going to fully recognize what she was creating.. it is a sight to behold with huge interactive sculptures made of countless ceramic tiles and reflective mirror glass in a rustic Italian setting..

We really liked it, and it was really well made, original, beautiful ceramics laid in an impeccable manner and with skill, congratulations to all those who created this project, we will definitely see it again when we are in those parts. The only negative note is the really expensive gadget prices, we didn't buy anything. Other than that I recommend it.

This is an amazing place to visit, especially with kids. If you would like to see a film of my experience, see it on my YouTube channel, Art and Travel by Dave.

Oh goodness. Where to begin. Monica is such a fantastic hostess to a beautiful and unspoiled part of Tuscany. I enjoyed the carriage ride and being able to go swimming in the clear waters of the Tyrrhenian Sea! Having lunch at a rustic outdoor eating place was an added bonus.
But, of course, the true jewel of the tour was getting to spend some time in The Tarot Gardens. What a feast for the eyes!

We visited the Tarot Garden privately. The quirky and sometimes monumental creations of Niki de Saint-Phalle reflect the 22 tarot cards. We drove several hours for the visit and were happy to have seen the unusual exhibit.
