The team was amazing! They worked well together and flawlessly. You could tell safety was the number one priority and getting us as much snorkel time as possible! The lunch was superb. Trip of a lifetime!

Great trip. Would do it again. Enjoyed the crew and boat. Crew was very attentive and available/ helpful. Reef was great even on a mostly cloudy day.

What a great day we had! Fantastic crew, great snorkelling locations with an abundance of live soft and hard corals and fish. We swam with turtles too, there were so many! Excellent healthy lunch with loads of salads and vegan options. We felt safe, cared for and looked after. Highly recommended. A+++

What a great adventure! The boat was beautiful, the staff were super friendly, knowledgeable, eager to help and very patient. We snorkelled 2 locations with a great lunch in between. All and all a great day! Special nod to Hannah, Gianluca and Simon for taking care of our family.

We had an amazing time on the recent reef cruise with the crew from Passions of Paradise and I can highly recommend that you consider booking your next reef cruise with them. Special shout out to Nils who was exceptional in assisting my wife and son who knew a little swimming on both the snorkelling sites. Nils and rest of the Passions crew were knowledgeable, calm, encouraging and helpful throughout the day. Food on board was great with plenty of vegan and vegetarian options for the vegetarians in our group. My 7 year old son also enjoyed the marine biologist talk on board. Will definitely book with them next time.

Es war ein wunderbarer Tag. Strahlend blauer Himmel, ruhiges Meer, perfekt zum schnorcheln. Da es für mich das erste Mal war, nutzte ich die Möglichkeit mit einen Cru-Mitglied ins Meer hinaus zu gehen. Melanie war einfach super! :-) Meine Angst vor dem Schnorcheln verflog rasch, mit einem Ring an dem ich mich halten konnte, schwamm sie mit mir aufs offene Meer hinaus, wo ich das Reff und die Fische einfach nur geniessen konnte. Wir sahen viele verschiedene farbenfrohe Fische. Melanie macht mich auch immer wieder auf spezielles Aufmerksam. Unser Highlight war ein Hai der direkt unter uns durchschwamm. Ich fühlte mich mit Melanie absolut sicher und sie machte mein erstes Schnorchel-Erlebnis zu einem traumhaften und unvergesslichen Erlebnis. Vielen Dank. :-)

We were in Cairns for an Ironman and had a couple of extra days to explore the area. We chose Passions due to the company being one of the last locally owned operators and their dedication to the preservation of the Great Barrier Reef.
As a group of friends that had a mix of snorkelers and certified divers, the Passions team were able to equally accommodate us while not compromising on what we saw at each dive site. Shout out to Instructor Darby for the great dives (including pointing out various underwater sea life) and support for some rusty divers.
The catamaran was spacious, having enough outdoor and indoor space for all guests and very clean. The staff were all knowledgeable about the reef and took the time to engage with all passengers which added to the experience onboard.
I’d highly recommend engaging the Passions team if you’re looking to head out to the reef for a memorable day trip.
