Our gardens are immersed in the Syracusan countryside. We will explore the local varieties of olives to understand the aromatic and taste differences that make the Sicilian oil fragrant and highly appreciated internationally. We will see the production spaces up close and take a seat for the tasting session.

My boyfriend and I were the only people on the olive tour. Noemi was our guide and she explained everything in detailled and she answered all our questions with knowledge, charme and patience as we had plenty 😉 you can really tell that it's a family runned business as the owner has put a lot of effort and charme into it, to make this place a Bio and environmental friendly olive and lemon farm. We enjoyed the tour and in the end we tasted 4 different kinds of olive oil which also came with some olives, bread and cheese. It was really worth it, we would highly recommend!

What a unique experience for food lovers! It has really opened our eyes to the world of olive oils and made us appreciate the efforts put into producing them. We enjoyed the tasting of four different oils and learning how each can be used in food preparation.

I cannot recommend this tour enough! Not only was it informative, but the tastings will blow your mind! Compared ours when we got back to the States, no comparison! Our future olive oil will be coming from farm Olivia. Love it's organic and the freshness!

Very lovely tour and tasting. The guide is very friendly and tells you everything about the production process.
Unfortunately we didn’t visit the plantation itself and the actual production process doesn’t start until next week, so we couldn’t see it.
The oil tasting is very nice; all the oils you are going to taste are great.
After all: a great experience!

Short term booking was with no problem and the day after our request for an English tour we visited the mill. Just the two of us, we were warmly welcomed and got a lot of interesting information about extra vergine olive oil and the process of manufacturing. We also booked the visit of the lemon trees which we did not regret. We could ask all our questions and never had the feeling that we run out of time. At the end we had a delicious tasting of their different extra vergine oils with homemade traditional bread, olives, cheese, jam, …. We appreciated the opportunity to look behind the curtain of manufacturing extra vergine olive oil and get all the information absolut its varieties! Recommendable for every consumer of olive oil! The team of the farm has arranged us a wonderful time to remember! We were well taken care of!!

Great experience learning about olive oil production and tasting olive oils. We really enjoyed the private tour and the chance to ask questions and learn about what they do.
They went above and beyond what was expected and even got in a car to come find us when we took a wrong turn on the way there!

We really enjoyed our tour and learned a lot. Corrado was an amazing guide & it was really great to try the several varieties of olive oil at the end. We had a hard time deciding which oil to bring home. I’d recommend this tour!

We went to the farm for a delicious lunch and tasting the people were so wonderful the oil delicious..we were shown how the oil was made very interesting... purchased a lot of oil and shipped it home some for myself and some for gifts...
