You can savor a delicious steak seasoned and prepared in the South American style, unlike any other place in Costa Maya, or choose a dish of fresh fish or grilled seafood that will treat your palate. All our products are fresh and locally bought.
The bar carries top shelf brands so you can enjoy your favorite adult beverages or even soft drinks and natural juices.

Great experience. Amazing staff with great communication from start to finish. Gabriel was in constant contact and was friendly the whole time. Drive was about 20 minutes. The place is quiet and very relaxing. The spaces have plenty of chairs and recliners as well. We picked the 6 person package which included a bathroom and shower. It’s definitely rustic but that’s what we like at the beach. The staff was over the top efficient and took care of every need quickly. No one was without a drink for long that’s for sure. The beach was perfect as you could walk out a pretty good distance with only waist high water. A very relaxing place to unplug and enjoy the beautiful beach. All the drinks were amazing. The lunch was very good and reasonably priced as well. I wish I could remember names specifically because the did an amazing job taking care of us all day. We will definitely be heading back at some point. Thanks again guys for a great day!

This resort was absolutely beautiful!! The staff was so helpful and friendly.
The food was delicious! Only thing we didn't like was the pina colada, but the margaritas made up for that.
I saw previous negative comments about the transportation, but my group didn't have any issues. In fact, we arrived a lot earlier than we expected, and they got us taken care of quickly, without issue.
Also, in regard to the comments about the driver speeding, the vehicle speedometer is in kilometers per hour, so going 100, is only around 62 mph.
Bottom line, my entire group loved it and will do again if we return to Costa Maya.

We are avid cruisers and this excursion was great from start to finish. Amazing food and staff and we literally felt like we were the only ones around....4 ships in port and we saw 20 people all day. We had the VIP package and the day was great. Our food credit covered food and drinks for 6 people. The setting was beautiful. True hidden gem!!!

My wife and mine favorite excursion during our cruise, to the point it was one of the highlights of our vacation. Very beautiful, relaxing, and the kids enjoyed their selves as well. Great food was another bonus. I highly recommend this place.

This was our second time booking Hayhu, and it was just amazing this time as the time we went last year. Other than the long walk out of the port, it is seamless finding your taxi and driving less than 30 minutes to the resort. The resort is stunning and every measure is taken to make it enjoyable. We were given beach chairs and a table for dining (but bring your own towels). We went with our three kids (5, 3, and 1 year old). The water is gentle and shallow enough for them to play. The beach was great and they had hired someone to rake away the seaweed, and they also have beach toys for the kids. My kids also loved the hammocks, swings, and smoothies. The food is amazing, and Freddy and Carlos took amazing care of us the whole time and made sure transportation was there when we were ready to head back to the ship. You will not be disappointed if you choose Hayhu for your shore excursion!

Hayhu VIP beach experience was worth every penny. The only horrible parts were that we had to leave, And finding a way out of Costa Maya Port. My recommendation is to Look up a yt video of how to exit, so you don’t waste time.
It was clean, the food was marvelous. We enjoyed lots of smoothies which were divine. The crew was attentive and personable. The beach was relaxing, and gorgeous. The kids used the kayaks and snorkel gear. We were so sad to leave!

Our family of 6 rented the VIP deck. The food was amazing. The staff was prompt and attentive. The facilities were clean and inviting. We didn't spend much more than our daily price since Hayhu generally includes a food and drink allowance.
There was some seaweed, but it wasn't an issue and the staff were actively working to keep the beach clean though out our visit. The beach was wonderful and of course the water was inviting you to spend more time in the sun than your current sunburn allows you.
The transfers were easy. Any fears were quickly diminished when we walked past the guard shack and immediately saw our name on a board. The staff was waiting to usher us into a taxi and on the way to our destination. Hayhu pays for the transfer, but we gave a small tip ($5 each way) as a tip to the driver. The drive from the port was about 20 minutes.
We would not hesitate to book another day trip to Hayhu next time we are in Costa Maya! Thank you for the great day!

Had an amazing time being pampered by Carlos and Alfredo. Massages on the beach were professionally done, and exquisite. Drinks and food were both prepared with taste and presentation in mind. Best beach in Mexico by far!!

This was the best excursion that we took on our one week cruise. Everything went really smooth. Communication from Hayhu was exellent with good istructions. Our driver Diego was very nice and on time. Place itself was beautiful. Drinks and food was very good and service top notch! We highly recommend.

We planned this as an excursion from our cruise on Harmony of the Seas. Hayhu is about 40 minutes from the cruise port. They arranged transport to/from Hayhu. On arrival was pleased to see that it looks just like the photos! Rustic, but luxurious. Bring your own towel. It is in the middle of nowhere. Not much for kids to do except build sand castles. We got a massage on the beach. One hour was $60. They bring in contractors. Food and beverage prices are consistent with US casual dining prices. They do not have any American beers. Hayhu Beach is a delight. I would come back in a heartbeat. Highly recommend!
