Cultural Melbourne City Tour

Kel and Melissa were fabulous hots to the city of Melbourne. We went to places off the beaten path to see the different culture within the city. It mixed excellent views with delicious pastry and coffee as well as some sports including the immaculate race track and the Carlton sports center. An excellent time was had by all and the tour guide owners were quite delightful.

We have done two tours now with Kel and Mel and both have been excellent. Booking was easy. The itineraries are very well thought out and the attention to detail is second to none. We saw not only the usual tourist sites but several off the beaten track. Highly personable - Kel did a wonderful job of sharing his knowledge, and both were charming companions, as well. Felt that they truly cared about us and did their best to make our tours and time together memorable.

Kel and Melissa are extremely welcoming and provide a wonderful insight into the sights and suburbs visited. This is my third tour with Melbourne Encountour and I would highly recommend this small and intimate company. Kel is so knowledgeable and informative, and also has a great sense of humour. It was great to be a tourist and visit iconic places in our own city.

Was lucky enough to get on this Melbourne city Cultural Capital tour with ‘I’ am free tours’ today 21/11/22, Daniel our tour guide took us all around some very interesting areas of Melbourne which otherwise we would have known about had we not been on this tour. We all had an amazing time going through the buildings, lanes etc.
it’s worth going on this tour.

We had a lovely time. Melissa and Kel were thoughtful, caring and knowledgeable. We really did come away having enjoyed ourselves. They made the tour accessible and were responsive to our needs. I would recommend them for sure.

Culture tour was wonderful. Well organised , comfortable transport and friendly staff. Guide was knowledgeable and told us historical background of buildings. Melissa was pleasant and caring and made this trip memorable.
I will highly recommend this tour to anyone who visits Melbourne.

Kel & Melissa were a lovely couple with lots of local knowledge, took us to Carlton FC, Flemington Racetrack, Lygon St & the surprise was Naked by Satan!

Great tour. I had my daughter with me from the UK and it was good to see another side of Melbourne. Kel was great throughout and would certainly recommend a tour with him

This was an amazing tour. Lots of learning and laughing. Kel was extremely attentive and informative. We explored areas of inner Melbourne that we had previously just passed through and learnt of the history and the colourful characters that lived there. Our highlight was visiting Flemington racecourse seeing the beautiful gardens and lawns and understanding how the racecourse operates on a race day. The stabling area was superb. Thank you Kel for an informative and enjoyable morning. In these COVID times please support our local tour operators they do a fantastic job.
