Accademia is a very small museum and does not allow more than 600 people inside, for this reason the queue can vary from 3 to 5 hours in high season and it is not easy to find tickets .. !!

While I enjoyed & appreciated our guide Katerina’s detailed tour of David, I felt misled that we had to pay an additional 20€ per person for tickets. Nowhere on the app did it say be prepared… “patrons will pay for tickets before entry so anticipate this extra fee” . Please make that aware to your future visitors. It was not very professional nor polite to do this.

The tour guid was fine, although a little difficult to understand. She spoke quickly, which made the information harder to decipher through an accent. As advertised, the amount you pay does NOT cover the cost of the ticket, so be prepared to hand over 20 Euro per person at the meet up. We then got on a line. Our meet time was 12:45 and we gained entrance at 1:30. Certainly shorter than if we had just waited on the regular line, which by all accounts would have been longer than 2 hours, and we had the added benefit of a tour guide giving information. I'm not sure what we got was worth waht we paid.

This experience was great! You cannot underestimate how great it is to skip the line. The tour guide did a fantastic job. Very knowledgeable and engaging. The David is perfect

I would skip the line and go with an experienced guide any day! Once you figure out that Vistor uses different companies, the process is fairly easy and worth every penny.

None whichsoever. We only paid because we could not stand 2 hours on a sidewalk.It looks like a racket to take advantage of people like us over 80 and with health problems.

Please be aware the entry ticket is not included in the tour guide (you have to pay it upon arrival). I don’t think the price is worth the 1hr explanation

Don’t do this tour, they buy up all the cheap tickets and cash charge you at door. Waste of money for a small museum. You also wait in line regardless of title description.
