Our tour guide did not speak english well. She really did not care about the group and people got mad at her for not communicating well. She mis guided some people in the wrong direction. People in my group left in the middle of the tour. She did not explain things well. She kept talking to her other people about other conversations with her mic on which was annoying. She was clueless and not good. No one enjoyed this tour.

Location Couldn’t walk the hills to get there recommended to take metro Mistake

Overall it was a great experience. Though, guide part of the tour was shorter than I expected. I wished it was describe clearly in detail. Check-in process was smooth.

What a perfect day!!! We loved the tour of Park Guell! Oliver took us to all of the special parts of the park and we learned the history and hidden stories behind the design of the park. Luis our guide was informative & fun. Having grown up in the area he knew lots of interesting facts. The park was amazing, definitely worth a visit.

The tour group was about 20 people and the tour guide was nice. However, the tour was a combination English and German tour which was not specified on the website description. The tour guide is fluent in Spanish, English and German but has a heavy accent with English. His accent, in combination with the poor microphone quality, made it Avery difficult to understand the guided tour. The tour guide changes between English and German which made the tour much longer. My kids (8 and 12), totally lost interests of the tour as they couldn’t understand anything. I would recommend double checking about the language for the tour ahead of time.
