Unfortunately we did not get to make this tour, our flights were delayed and we missed it. We were not able to rebook because of over tours previously booked.

There were 6 in my party. 3 were staying an extra day, so I purchased 3 -24hr passes and 3- 48 hrs passes. The company only recognized the three 48hr passes. I had to repurchase 3- 24 hrs passes to keep my family together. I want a refund.

The tour was good. We found it informative and easy to locate the stops after we received a map. Some of the busses took longer to come around, but traffic could’ve been a factor.

Driver starts driving while you are still showing your tickets. They do not wait for you to have a seat. Please be careful. I end up with an injured in my toe.

This was just OK. To start with, we signed up online and they did not provide a map of where to get on the bus. That is provided...when you get on the bus. We finally got our starting point info at the Tourist Info location in the Plaza Mayor, and we went to the closest place, about 1K away--which was one block from our condo. It was a city bus stop, with no indication that there was a Red Bus stop there as well. Inauspicious start.
We thought the tour, once we got going, was just OK. It hit some highlights but a lot of the commentary was not very interesting--not because Madrid is not interesting, just not well done.

Fantastic experience to see Madrid from the confort of the open deck bus. We bought today a 48 hours ticket for 3 people, two of them elderly. We were blessed to have Fernando as our guide in Route 2. His kindness, care and wisdom are priceless. He went beyond his duties as the heat was unbearable and he is a real asset for the company and a blessing for the tourists who have the pleasure of travelling with him. He welcomes everyone with a smile and makes sure to make this experience truly unforgettable.
Una fantástica experiencia el disfrutar de Madrid desde la comodidad del bus. Hoy compramos un billete de 48 horas para 3 personas, dos de ellas mayores. Tuvimos la gran suerte de tener a Fernando de guía en la ruta 2. Su amabilidad, atenciones y sabiduría no tienen precio. Se desvivió por todos sus viajeros, ya que el calor era insoportable. Es un diamante para la compañía y una bendición para los turistas que hemos tenido el placer de viajar con él. THE worst hop on hop off tour around. I have done many of these and if you want to listen to banal music and not receive any information on the history of Madrid- this one is for you. If you were to go by this tour, one would think Madrid had no history or substance at all. Avoid at all costs

Jose was wonderful. The tour was delightful. We experienced many types of authentic topas at restaurants that had so much history. It were amazing.
