Great tour lead by Dawe. Very informative. Pleasant staff. Info followed by gondola and finished by VR experience. Definitely worth it. Gondola part could have been longer

We took the shared gondola tour. It was pretty good and informative. The gondola ride was as always magical. Wish it was tad longer. Special mention for our guide(forgot the young ladies name) she was very knowledgeable and experienced.

Meeting location was a little confusing, but tour was excellent and people were very friendly. Began with a short walking tour, then ride thru small canals, ended with a very short pass thru the grand canal. Not very long, but I would say tour was as advertised. Driver was friendly but did not talk at all. Would recommend.

The guide we had, Angelo, for St. Mark’s and the Doge’s Palace was very knowledgeable and enjoyable. However we were under the impression that the Gondola ride would be immediately following those 2 tours. No one told us that there would be a 2 hour gap between the end of those tours and the gondola ride. We were very disappointed because that did not work with our schedule and we had to skip the gondola ride. The tour is advertised as 3 hours but they fail to tell you that there will be a gap in those 3 hours. The confirmation mentioned nothing about our gondola ride being at 6pm, which was 2 hours after we finished St. Marks and Doge’s palace. If you use Viator, ensure the timeframes they give you.
