Juan was the absolute best! Im going to book with them every time i come to Mexico. It was a my bday trip so they decorated the inside of the truck with balloons <3 They go above and beyond and make your trip luxurious! He picked us up from our resort with was about 30 min from the airport, gave us drinks and made sure we were comfortable. Thank you again!

The driver was late, did not greet us, did not confirm my name and did not offer us anything to drink. He did not tell us where he was taking us. He just got in the car and started driving. Didn’t speak to us the whole time we found the coronas in an arm rest and helped ourselves, but that was about it. it was a little nerve racking because we weren’t sure if he was taking us to the airport or not if we were in the right vehicle or not it just ended our trip on a very sour note and I’ve used Viator every time that I travel out of the country purchasing luxury private transports. I’m very dissatisfied and not sure if I will continue to use the service on my next trip in July.

I’m rating the trip to the airport from Secrets as a 5 star even though the vehicle originally went to the wrong Secrets hotel for pick up. It wasn’t the driver’s fault. STP doesn’t have the other Secrets listed on their drop down hotel list yet. They need to fix this. To their credit, they were able to get the issue resolved, and we arrived at the airport with plenty of time. I felt sorry for the driver; we could tell he felt badly about it, and it totally wasn’t his fault. Would still strongly recommend using this company for transportation.

Excellent service, arrived early with no pressure to meet them early. The Yukon Denali looked brand new and was very comfortable.
Our driver was very courteous, offered a cold towel, drinks and friendly conversation.
