I don’t write reviews often but this one is a must. It’s my wife’s and I first time visiting Cancun and they picked us up from the airport. Our flight was delayed so the arrival time was off by an hour and baggage claim was lengthy but they STILL waited. Upon pickup we were greeted by someone with my name on a tablet and directed us to the car. The vehicle was spacious and nice! The driver was great! He played whatever music we wanted on CarPlay and offered us drinks on the way to our hotel. This whole first experience was great, the communication was great , and the service was excellent. Instead of 5 stars, I would give 10!

The driver courtesy, cold towels, and drink accommodations were enjoyable. It was a smooth ride from Cancun international airport to Tulum.

Booked a luxury sedan limo, service was brilliant, 1st time used and would deffo use again. Communication brill for pick up outside airport. Transfer Cancun airport to Tullum took approx 40 mins brilliant as bus can take approx 2hrs or more depending on how many drop offs. Booked this from tripadvisor reviews, price cheaper fhan others, cost 121 US dollars, worth every penny for 2 adults, free corona onboard, dont forget to tip your driver. 🚕

The mini limo was a steal at $109 each way. Very comfortable and the drivers were early and very nice. Highly recommend and will use them again next time.

Unfortunately this wasn't a great experience - we arrived at the airport and went to the meeting point that was designated by the company. We waited 30-40 minutes before a representative came to greet us. We found out that the reason for this was because they had no record of our reservation in their system. After being on the phone for an additional 15 minutes the representative informed us that it would be another 45 minute wait for our limo because they lost the reservation. At this point my pregnant wife was exhausted from standing in 90+ degree heat for nearly an hour and I told them that we would just take a taxi at this point. They then informed us that we could have a van instead (for the same price) and they could have it there in 10 minutes....it arrived 15 minutes later. When all was said and done, we waited over an hour for a van when we prepaid a significant amount for a limousine.
