This tour made for a spectacular day. Andrew was an expert guide, bringing history to life with good old fashioned story telling. Lunch was easily and conveniently preordered on the bus- which was comfortable and nicely sized for a higher end feel.
For what we saw in a day, the value of this comfortable and entertaining tour can not be overstated.
Highly recommend.

What an amazing trip. My cousin and I wanted to go on a trip to Skye and after reading the reviews we decided to do this one.
Wasn’t sure how a 12 hour coach trip would be but thanks to Murdoch (Mr Fabulous) and his fantastic tales the day flew past. Thoroughly enjoyed every part of the day and thanks to Lisa and The Isle of Skye baking company for a fantastic lunch, which kept us well fed for the rest of the tour.
Would 100% recommend 😊

This tour was a wonderful way to see the beautiful sights of the highlands! Andrew was a great tour guide who kept us entertained and provided recommendations at stops. The cherry on top was lunch from the Isle of Skye Baking Company! It was convenient and the food was delicious. Don’t hesitate to book this tour when visiting Scotland!

A wonderful tour hosted by Andrew. Although a bit a long way to Isle of Skye from Inverness, but the whole journey was filled with his knowledge in this place and also his sense of humour. Got quite sufficient time to enjoy the beautiful scenery in places like Fairy Pools and Portree, recommended on this simple and enjoyable way to visit this beautiful Island.

Andrew the driver/guide was fantastic.
I would recommend this tour, it met all my expectations and I don’t usually do tours.
The only aspect I wasn’t impressed with was the food. The item I ordered came with a muffin and small chocolate slice but I couldn’t choose not to have these or to have something else so I thought £15 for a small Quiche and water more than it was worth.

The journey is long, we spent a lot of hours on the bus, the seat are a bit narrow and the schedule tight so it could have been difficult but we had an amazing time!

The view were breathtaking throughout the whole journey. The stops were well organized with enough time to see everything without feeling too much rush and with enough bathroom stops.

The food that we could order on line via The Isle of Skye Baking Company was great (never had potato bread sandwich before and loved it) .

The extra 5 £ we paid for second row seat (to prevent motion sickness for me) were well worth it as no-one paid for the first row and we ended up in first row.

The bus was small which made the tour feel human-size.

Most of all we were lucky to have an amazing guide, Andrew, who obviously love his job and the Island of skye very much. He was friendly, funny and welcoming. Patient on the road when facing road block near the fairy pool. Good at communicating where we were on the program and how much time we had in each place. He shared personals anecdote and told us about Skye and the way of life in remote rural communities on the Scottish Isles. Most impressive of all was his knowledge of Scottish history. A passionate story-teller he gave us a crash course in Scottish History in multiple part wich kept us entertained all throughout the day. Yet it was never too much as he knows how to pace the story telling and let us have quiet time for silent contemplation of the scenery or to take a nap.

The views are only part of what make a great tour, the view were amazing but so was the company.

Listen, this tour was 100% the best tour i've been on in Scotland (and potentially ever). I never write reviews, but this tour deserves one. This tour was better than any other company's in Scotland (I have used several other companies including Rabbies). Andrew, an absolutely epic storyteller, made the hours of driving seem like a journey instead of a chore. I paid extra for a front-row seat, WHICH I HIGHLY RECOMMEND if you want to talk to the tour guide along the way.

I know I compared it to other companies and other tours I have done, but I sincerely mean it. This was the best.

Andrew was fantastic. Tour guides always ask you to give trip reviews, but I seldom give one unless I truly think the tour was spectacular. This one was. Other tours are more expensive and less enticing than this one. It was well-planned, perfectly executed, and I was constantly engaged. If you can only choose 1 tour, this is 100% the one to pick. I cannot praise it highly enough.

Extremely worthwhile way to pack in many beautiful sights of the Highlands. Loved the smaller, more intimate bus size-making it seem like a semi-private tour. Ordering lunch in advance on the bus was convenient. Guide Andrew was excellent - a great story teller with a fun sense of humor. We loved everything about this day- highly recommend.

The wow tour is very well named as we went from « wow » places to « wow » places. Our guide was very nice and knowledgeable and told us stories about Scotland and the places we drove through. I really recommend this tour. The lunch option is both very convenient, delicious and filling so it’s a nice plus to an already wonderful experience.
