OMG. Max was amazing, knowledgeable, personable, friendly, and a great food tour guide. The food selection was on point. We can’t pick just one food. The food from Hanalei Taro & Juice Company to the chicken at the Village Snack Shop & Bakery to Aloha Juice Bar (bring on the dole whip, smoothie, and acai bowl), and the best chocolate bon bon at Chocolate Hanalei. Highly recommended!!

We loved our tour with Jedadiah. He was very knowledgeable about the island life & a very pleasant person. The fish tacos and chips were the best at Tropical Taco.
This was a girls trip of 6 long-time friends. We all loved this experience.

We really enjoyed the food tour with Nalu. The food was delicious and we learned a lot about Hanalei and local Kauai food culture. In addition to the spots we visited, took the time to point out many other recommendations for places to check out during our stay.

Fabulous! Everything on the tour was delicious and unique! Matt does an incredible job picking out the best local must try's and offers so many other recommendations on the island! I love that he changes up the tour depending on the day you meet to support many different local businesses! We had so much fun and learned a lot! Worth every penny! Highly recommend checking it out! Great info from Max. He was conversational and informative. Casually taught a lot about the culture and area. Food was good especially the chicken with sauce and loved chocolate stop!

Glad we set out to do this. We were staying in Kapaa so this was about a 40 min drive to Hanelei. All the food was delicious although there is a lot of it so come hungry. If nothing else, come for the fried chicken that was out of this world!

Jedediah was an excellent guide for an excellent tour. We stopped at four stops which offered a great taste of the local food and culture. All were excellent with large portions. Jedediah was wonderful and gave us a great information on the local history and culture. It was great day and I highly recommend it it as quick way to learn and eat your way through the local culture.

Highly recommend doing a food tour while on the islands! Our guide was amazing, very thoughtful when considering the food options (confirmed everyone's dietary restrictions), had a great variety of options to try along our route and ended the tour at Chocolat Hanalei! We were also able to hear some of the history of the island along the way as well.
