DO NOT BOOK with this company! My guide never showed and they sent me an email saying that I would recommend a partial refund now via WhatsApp they are refusing saying too bad. I had no guide and didn’t even bother entering the museum but they are taking my money regardless of actually fulfilling their obligation.

Our tour guide Elena was wonderful! Great tour wonderful story teller very engaging. Perfect amount of time in the museum to get all the important works. Was not boring for the teens because it was fast paced and to the point.

The tour was canceld with no pertinent explanation.
Also the other two: at Reina Sofia Musem and at Prado Museum!?!
They offered postpone dates after a week?!? Of course not beeing spanish, we have left Madrid the day after!!!
So, we have to pay the entance at this museums - no use of the GoCity Card!!!

I took a guided tour with Helena, and it was wonderful! She explained to us about several works of art, she was super kind and helpful to everyone. She showed a lot of knowledge about the works and was passionate about what she does.

As impressive inside as it is outside. Wow ! There is just so much to see that it would be wasted not having a guide. Not only did we see some of the masterpieces: they were explained to us in detail. The Guernica can't be missed

Very good tour by the guide to the main works of the museum despite the crowds.
The visit to the top floor concerning Goya would have been a plus in the guided tour.
