Yanna was extremely helpful and gave us good instructions and suggestions. Everything was well planned and organized. She was constantly in touch via WhatsApp.

The hotel in Santorini was very good and comfortable.

One suggestion: it would help if hotel information and itinerary is provided about a week ahead instead of a day before.

Do not be misled by the title of this experience - it is NOT a tour. What it provides you is
* transfer from ferry to Airbnb (NOT hotel) in Santorini - be prepared to walk to get anywhere interesting as that is far from everything or to pay crazy amounts for a taxi
* a place to stay in Santorini - I stayed at White Elements and the only positive thing I can say is it was clean and they answered my call when I rang them up to find out what should have been proactively shared with me. There is no reception (how check-in works, what my room was, wi-fi, details about the complimentary breakfast that only got served from the time I was meant to be picked up - even though it was clearly food that they got the day before apparently it couldn’t be made available earlier). The bed was ridiculously hard, I initially thought I sat on my iPad when I sat on it and when it was clear it wasn’t the iPad I stripped the bed to see if they’d put cardboard under the sheets. Turned out it was just a crappy mattress. The lady that worked there should not be in the service industry - very rude.
* a transfer to the ferry in Mykonos and a ride back from Mykonos port/airport to Athens.

There is NO tour - you are left to fend for yourself from when you. Admittedly it says tours are not included and I missed that on the basis the experience said TOUR.

In my opinion this was a very expensive photostop. The ferry to Mykonos left at 10h45 instead of 09h40 and arrived at 13h30. Originally that would have meant just under 1.5hrs of exploring Mykonos but because of all the issues that I experienced Yanna offered to fly me back to Athens which meant I’d have more time on the island.

So if you still decide to do the “tour”, don’t be like me and expect a lot because of the price, you will be bitterly disappointed. Be prepared to carry your luggage with you around town (unless you put it in storage, most of which are in town and not at the port). I got lucky and saw a lady holding a poster for “Bag Bank) - which is mobile storage for €10/bag. She keeps your luggage for you for the day and will deliver it to you wherever you ask her to on the island at the time you tell her to. I did something I wouldn’t normally do a trusted that her business was legit because the alternative was not going to work for me. Fortunately for me she was legit and she delivered my suitcase to the airport after I’d taken a bus to get there.

The only reason I’m even giving 2 stars to this tour is to acknowledge Yanna’s efforts to salvage all the things that made this trip a disappointment to me and because I at least got some good pictures 😊.

The tour of of Santorini was beautiful our guide did an excellent job of showing us around the city. We were not prepared to pay in Euros for the tour which was extra. Our guide did not explain that important information before we got started. The hotel was okay but not great. I think if they at least had a phone, some soap and a few others things available would have made a difference. I was told to take a picture of a flyer that had the phone number and name of hotel.

Absolutely amazing!!
I am a college student, and I was traveling with my sister for the first time to Greece. This agency made us feel so safe and had everything planned for us. the transfer to/from hotel to the ports and hotel in Santorini. And the transfer to/from Oia to see the famous sunset! We didn’t have to worry about anything.
Also, Ioanna was amazing!!! Not only she answered to my emails super fast when making the reservation, but throughout the trip she checked in on us to see how everything was going. She was awesome!!!! Thank youu so much Ioanna!!!
We were only traveling 3 days to athens, so if it weren’t for them, I never would’ve gone to Santorini. Absolutely the best! Definitely recommend!!!
