Private Airport Transfer From/To Dalaman Airport

Horrible communication from this company left us with no transfer at the airport. Contacted operator thru the Viator app/chat in the morning to tell them Turkish Airlines had changed our flight number (even though arrival time was still the same as what I booked, 5:30 pm). No answer to chat, so had to call Viator Customer Service to get operator to acknowledge/reply to my message, as I wanted to make sure someone was going to be there and I'd received no contact from the operator other than the original Viator email that my booking was confirmed. I've had 5 other transfers in Turkey during this vacation and all the operators contacted me before the transfer to make sure I had their contact information (WhatsApp), travel arrangements hadn't changed, checked in with me day prior or day of, etc. NOTHING from this operator. My family lands in Dalaman and we exit about 40 minutes after the arrival time we gave them (took a while to get luggage)...so 6:15pm. No one was there to meet us. I texted them through the Viator app/chat and nothing. We waited 20-30 minutes. Then I called Viator Customer Service to get a hold of them. Viator gives me their number and I call them. The operator tells me I told them the wrong flight number and that the other flight wasn't going to land until 7:00 pm....and I reminded him I sent them the new flight number at 10:00 am that morning....which they acknowledged and I sent 7.5 hours before we were supposed to land later that day. They obviously didn't pay attention to the text (a copy attached). He tells me to go to some other part of the airport to make it easier for their driver who would be there in 10 minutes. I told him I was at the exit where all of the travelers exit and all the other transfer drivers holding their customer's names on a piece of paper. I told him I was in the right spot and wasn't going to go find some other exit he was talking about. Then he tells me their driver was there before and didn't see me. Now I'm getting angrier--which is it, he was there earlier or he wasn't coming until 7:00 pm??? And he's still saying I gave him the wrong flight info...and I even texted him the photo of the text that morning with the updated flight info and his acknowledgement. He said his driver was 5-10 minutes away. I told him to give me a refund and I'd hire a taxi. This company needs to improve its communication with its customers. It's severely lacking and they could learn something from how other companies handle their interaction with their customers.

Were on time waiting for us outside and took us to our hotel in Fetiyhe in a clean vehicle. Would use again if in the area in the future

Excellent booking service and great communication throughout.
Vehicles clean and comfortable, drivers on both trips were courteous, friendly and punctual. Recommended for a hassle free airport transfer which is good value for the fees paid. Thank you to all concerned in making the travel element of our holiday as relaxed as the awesome holiday experience itself in the wonderful Turkey.

Excellent communication to pick us up and great driving. We specified the time and area to pick up and drop off. Travelled with two children who also found it easy and comfortable.

Driver was on time, waiting with a sign with my name on it and polite. The vehicle was clean and I felt safe as a solo female traveller.

Very last minute but no issues with getting or meeting with driver. Comfortable ride and straight to drop off point with no difficulty finding location etc.

Pick up waitng at airport with name card. Air con vehicles and so roomy and comfortable. 100% recommend

Great communication excellent drivers, Decided to book myself directly great price and polite friendly drivers both ways. TV screen on offer space provided great for family of four.
