I worked in the most prestigious restaurants in Italy ("La bottega del buon caffè" "Cestello Ristoclub" "Sotto sale ristorante Favignana") and in London ( "Maze by Gordon Ramsey" Pied a terre"). All i know about it is coming from my Grandma, she is born in Bologna, home of the authentic Italian pasta. SOOO FUN!!!! My 17 year old grand = daughter and I went to this cooking class in June while in Florence. Great class with a great chef.

My family and I had an amazing experience at Pasta Class Florence! Chef Simone was EXCEPTIONAL in every way!! He made us feel welcome,and our small group of 12 people felt like a big family. The class was fun, interactive, and we were able to make different types of pasta and enjoy them all at the end. I highly recommend this activity if you are looking for quality while in Florence. If possible, ask for the class with Chef Simone. 5 starts!!!

Fantastic! My son (19 years old) and I had a great experience. Our teacher (Davide) was warm and funny and knowledgeable. We made so many kinds of pasta. We just ordered some pasta making tools so that we can try our new skills at home. I 100% recommend. This was a great way to spend half a day in Florence.

Not only was the food absolutely AMAZING, but Marco was the best teacher for our recipes. He was so fun and so helpful. This was the most fun we’ve had in Italy thus far and the best food we’ve had as well. 10/10 recommend. My heart and stomach were full after this class. A forever memory for me and my husband on our honeymoon. Wine was plentiful as well. Would do over and over again!

This class was amazing. Chef was very fun and very knowledgeable. Teaches you history of pasta and types of pasta we never hear of. Time flew by and the food was great.

Very special experience. Bride and groom hosted 10 friends before a wedding later in the week. The 12 of us were lucky enough to be the only ones in the class so it made for a very special time. We were incredibly happy with the pace of the class, unlimited wine, and the personality of the chef! We even got to keep the aprons. Would absolutely recommend.

I did this pasta making class with my 16 year old daughter, and it was one of the highlights of our trip to Florence. Andrea, the instructor, was fun, kind, and capable. We made three types of handmade pasta, and learned how to make sauces for each of them. The meal we had at the end was the best we had during our stay! And most importantly, my daughter and I both came home confident we can make pasta ourselves at home after this class. We highly recommend it!
