Aaron was a great tour guide! Kept the bus ride interesting and the local tour guide in Pisa did great. The only trouble we had was finding the bus initially near the train station but otherwise the experience went smoothly.

Terrible experience with viator! Coach air conditioning was not working, coach was like a sauna and unsuitable for travel! After 30 minutes they still hadn’t fixed aircon & being on coach made us feel unwell. Many other including ourselves we were unable to travel and your provider said could get refund. On contacting viator though they refused the refund even though we were unable to do the experience due to unsafe travel conditions. Now they are refusing to answer! Won’t be booking with them again!

I should say that the trip was very well managed by our coordinator who accompanied us. Moreover, our local guide Riccardo for Pisa was informative and humorous. The coach was nice and clean. They were also considerate to halt for toilet breaks. Highly recommended activity !!
