A fun interactive class. We got to cut, slice, and get covered with flour in a casual setting while putting together a great dinner. Rewarded by a good dinner with wine and new found friends .

Our maestro made making pasta seem very easy. The results were fabulous. It was a great dinner at the end. We also bonded with the people at our table, which was a plus. We were very happy with the class.

My husband wasn’t at all sure about adding this trip to our itinerary but we both really enjoyed the experience. Our chef was great, very clear instructions and helpful when things didn’t go quite according to plan! I loved that we got to make 3 different types of pasta. I’d never made or tasted panna cotta before and it was delicious! We met and cooked with a lovely family from the States. There’s nothing better than sharing holiday experiences with others.

Great experience participating in Florence Cooking Class. The instructor was great: professional, knowledgeable and personable. He really made the experience a joy for all. Then we got to sit down and eat the delicious food we learned how to make! Met a lot of nice people who cooked in our group and then we ate together. One of our best experiences in Florence!

Our cooking instructors were excellent! The male was exceptional and made the experience one of our best! He accommodated a food allergy last minute and made an alternative dish that was delicious!

The cooking class was a lot of fun. The chef was very pleasant and I was in a nice group of people. We learned how to make 3 types of pasta and a dessert and then had lunch with our creations.

Fun and memorable. Can’t believe how much we learned and how much food we were able to make. Fettuchini. Ravioli, gnocchi and pans cotta! Good food and good company.

We enjoyed making 3 different types of pasta plus a simple dessert. It was easier than we thought, with the help of our instructor Naomi. They seem to have a good system down where everything is ready for us to do the hands-on part of the process. It was well-timed too, with enough time to enjoy our creations at the end. It was an evening well-spent. We look forward to making the recipes at home.
