The guide in Pisa was knowledgeable and wonderful. The visit was rushed. The guide to and from Pisa was cold and only offered the minimum amount of information.

Our guide, Gabriel, was amazing. I was traveling with my elderly mother who had trouble walking. He looked after her and moved at a slower pace for her and made sure we were ok at all times.

The tour guide was excellent. Finding the meeting point was extremely difficult. We asked multiple people multiple times and were told many different directions. I called the company and they couldn’t help- sent a pin on google maps that didn’t open. The tour was very rushed and we had no free time to stop and eat or get a drink or shop or anything. I went up the tower and had to immediately come down and then left. This was my first bad experience with trip Viator. I was really disappointed. Loved the leaning tower of course, but everything else was frustrating.

From the bus ride on our guides were very friendly, helpful, and knowledgeable. We really enjoyed the tour of the cathedral. Sarah was a great guide and funny. Getting to climb the tower was awesome! The only negative was no bathroom on the bus..

Great afternoon out. All went well with no hiccups.
The trip and Pisa tower was so organised.
Only fault was the toilets were €1 to be paid with a credit card which we didn’t take with us.
just walked in a on site cafe.

We thought the tour and tour guide were good. A little boring but not your fault. We did the climb so didn’t really have free time for anything else.

Our choice to join this tour was a great one. Very informative guide, comfortable, clean bus and ample time to explore. Our only comment is that the location where you meet the bus is not very clear. It is quite a walk from the front of the train station to all the way behind the station where the meeting place is. Otherwise we would have given 5 stars.

The pickup point has no signage so bit unsure if in right place but we were. The panini at the food van whilst we waited was delicious.
Trip itself was good and the tower climb well worth it. Just be careful of the slippery marble steps. Inside the church was magnificent.

Our 8 year old son absolutely loved walking up the Pisa stairs, especially the 2nd set, the tiny very worn ones at the top, looking out over the city and walking back down.

The parking lot is way far away. Be prepared to walk. It is not good for seniors. Need to add local transportation from parking to the entrance.
