Our guide was very knowledge, took us to important works of art, shared interesting information about the art and artist and made the 2 notes fly by quickly. This is the best way to visit the gallery. Early guided tour, light lunch in the roof top cafeteria and the afternoon to explore more of the vast collection.

The artworks speak for themselves. Our guide was interesting and informative. Our skip the line tickets still required a lengthy wait in the skip the line queue. Gallery itself too crowded, and hot. I would advise an early access tour instead..

Uffizzi gallery was unforgettable. Our guide had a heavy accent and was very hard to understand. Tour was shorter than advertised.

I can’t recommend this tour enough. We were incredibly lucky to essentially have a private tour with Sandro who was the best guide possible. He was incredibly intelligent and informed and brought the museum to life for us. We had a little over two hours with him, and basically got to see all the highlights of the museum. He very capably showed us the evolution of Florentine painting styles, including the influence of Dutch masters. Our tour of the Michelangelo and Raphael room was particularly a stand out. The self portraits exhibit was great, but the kids started to flag a little at that point (just a heads up for families). Also, the skip the line access is totally worth it as we were inside and through security in a matter of minutes. Highly, highly recommend (especially Sandro).

Guide was excellent. Meet-up was almost disastrous. Guide (or other team member) was NOT at the precisely specified location at the given time. Tried to ring the given phone number TWICE and got a message that the number had been disconnected. By luck, and fluke, we actually managed to find the group - but it was very stressful, especially as I had paid E140 for our two tickets.

I took a taxi to be early and I wars. I was at the designated spot in front of the horses and the tour guy was never there. I called the number you gave me for him and he never answered. I emailed you I called you nobody answered And I never found my tour. Please issue me a full refund or I will insist that my bank refused to pay it. You guys are so unprofessional and unavailable. It’s a persons vacation and every day is precious and you ruin it when you do something like this.

Great guide, focused on the popular art pieces and kept my teenagers interested with the explaination of each piece.
Could stay after the tour ended to see as much or as little as we wanted.

Uninspiring. Seemed like he was hungover. Kept rubbing his head. Paid a lot of money to have a low energy tour guide. Some information was very good.
