Mariel was prepared, knowledgeable, polite, and fun to be with. She was on time and communicated well how to find her with no problems! We enjoyed many tacos on the tour. The price was very affordable. We had a special needs member in our group and she was very sensative to his needs and abilities. We loved it.

Mariel was a perfect guide because of her knowledge of food and her people in Mexico City. There is no better way to gain cultura insights than on a tour like this. We walked and visited various locals featuring tacos. Each site was unique, but each site offered delicious tacos. My favorite was Tacos al Pastor. Yummy! Mariel was also super friendly. The tour was like being with an old friend, so I felt so comfortable. I highly recommend this tour for great food and for an experience with a great local guide!

Sal was great at tying in Mexican history with the food. We stopped at places you would otherwise skip if you tried to Google places to eat. This was truly authentic and an awesome experience!

Luz, the host, is extremely personable. One of the things we really liked was that she customized the experience for us. One of us is vegetarian so Luz made sure to take us to places and taste things that fit into our diets. She also introduced us to Henry Sailor Restaurant - bravo! There are a number of them around Mexico City - really good and highly recommend. Thanks for a nice afternoon!
