Enjoying this tasting is a truly unique experience.
The selections were made by choosing exclusively the productions of small cheese refiners and small delicatessen producers. Every single taste has a story, a link to the food supply chain that grant us authenticity. Our desire is to offer an exciting journey into the quality Culianria tradition.
We have about 400 wine labels on offer including red whites, roses and bubbles. In addition, our guests will be to taste 24 wines by the glass in self service.
The tasting beers are artisanal (more than 100), local, unique, characterized by seasonal and regional ingredients such as Iris, saffron, honey.
You are free to order from 11:30 am until 8pm.

very kind and personable hosts! he gave some great background on where the cheeses and salamis come from and what wines would pair well. all from local artisans and absolutely delicious! there was a very wide variety of flavors for everyone! really glad we chose this experience!

We stumbled upon this wonderful wine, beer and cheese shop. The owner was very gregarious, understands his customers needs, and made some great suggestions. He didn’t oversell , knew how to offer a cheese selection that paired with the wine or beers you chose. Highly recommend stopping in!

Wine was great! Owners talked us thru the cheese, meats and wine. Busy place! People were.coming in for wine tasting and cooking classes.

Best foodie experience in Florence! Incredible cheese, meat, wines and beers! It was so good, we went back the next day for the 5 course tasting dinner. Varinia is a remarkable chef! I'll be dreaming of her duck with orange forever! Eduardo's wide selection of craft beer is incredible! Tell him what you like and he will provide many options that you will find no where else. Lucrezia's selection of wines were perfect pairings to Varinia's delightful dishes.
