We did not think it would be possible to make Istanbul by bike but with a clever tour plan and under guidance of nice guide Mustafa we had a wonderful day, mostly exploring the coastline of Anatolian side of the city including Üsküdar, Kadiköy and Fenerbache. Using public ferry boats and having a few stops for refreshing limonata, plum juice, coffee and local fish sandwich gave us time to rest and relax between the biking sessions. Mustafa also shared anecdotes about sites we were passing by and highlights from the history of this fantastic city. A very good experience for us and an activiy we would recommend to those who want to explore Istanbul a bit deeper while being a bit physically active.

This tour was both informative and very enjoyable. Cycling through different parts of Istanbul (both the European and Asian sides) and travelling on the ferry - zigzagging across the Bosphorus - was a great experience. Our guide, Atakan, was very knowledgeable on all the sites we visited and passed on the ferry, he knew all the paths/roads with least amount of traffic but still very scenic, he was very easy going and spoke excellent English. The tour started and finished in Balat, a lovely old district in Istanbul well worth visiting.
This was a great alternative to the usual foodie or mosques and palace tours.

It was a really enjoyable day, Atakan was a great guide and very knowledgable. I would recommend this tour as it is a good way to see a bit more of the Asian side of Istanbul. The tour is run at the pace you want.

Excellent tour on good ATB bikes in Istanbul. We were with Mustafa, a friendly Turkish man who speaks English very well.

We had a great trip through Istanbul where he showed us many nice places. This was truly an adventure if you like to get to know the city and love biking. (FYI, they have great non-electrical bikes, so you have to work for your fun.) We will definitely return for more trips with Mustafa.

Fun bike rides on 3 different parts of Istanbul on two continents, separated by ferry rides with great views. Mustafa was very knowledgeable and friendly. The snack and lunch breaks were great! The coastal rides were the best part, a nice change-of-pace from busy touristy places.

It was a rainy day in Istanbul, with the big international marathon with thousands of participants and spectators on the way. Nevertheless, we made the best of it, thanks to our guide Mustafa. He surpassed the marathon route and led us safely to the Asian side of Istanbul, explaining the most important facts of history and local life. On the way, we enjoyed local street food. After the tour, he took us to a local hammam where we had a well-deserved break (not included) Overall, it was the best day in Istanbul. Thank you Mustafa.

The tour was such a great experience! Ata was a super engaging guide who showed great interest in the city and its hidden gems. If you expect a generic tour - one that covers only the most popular sights - this may not be for you. However, if you're in for a treat involving some of the real life in Istanbul - like the colorful Balat neighborhood, the stunning parks with all their beauties (including LOTS of cats - for all the cat lovers out there) - then this is the tour for you! I'd highly recommend it.

Guides were very nice but not in tune with guests who r unfamiliar with the very crowded and narrow sidewalks that we were required to navigate at a very fast pace to keep up
