I booked the tour months in advance. We were most looking forward to seeing the inside of La Sagrada Familia. I knew the cost of the tickets were not included, but like other tours we booked on this vacation, we received information from the guide if we were required to buy them in advance. We received no communication from the guide before the tour and assumed she booked them. However, her first question upon meeting us was if we had tickets to any of the sites. We were very disappointed to miss what we considered the highlight of the tour.

We arrived in Barcelona via cruise ship and only had a limited amount of time to explore the city and we had 2 things we HAD to see while there: Sagrada Familia and FC Barca. We purchased both our FC Barca museum tickets & Sagrada Tour tickets ahead of time and the tour provider easily accommodated our pick-up time from the cruise terminal to coincide with on-time arrival to the stadium allotting us plenty of time to explore before heading to the Sagrada for our scheduled tour time. Although the standard Highlights Tour is ~4 hours, we were able to purchase an additional hour to not be rushed through the Sagrada and to be able to enjoy some of the other highlights of the city before arriving back to the cruise terminal. The driver drove us through the city, showcasing Gaudi houses, the bullfighting arena, Olympic Stadium, World Fair highlights, and a great area overlooking the city. Our guide was extremely friendly and accommodating.

Our tour guide was right on time and very friendly. Unfortunately, I do not feel this type of tour is great for kids. You are in the back of a van and the tour guide is speaking from the front. Loses the attention of the kids greatly. Also I think 4 hours is a bit too long. We ended up taking our time and going to lunch at one point even though we were paying for the tour. I also think it’s quite expensive for what you get.

We thoroughly enjoyed our private tour by car. Pedro was so friendly, knowledgeable and accommodating. It was our first time in Barcelona and Pedro took us to all of the main highlights. We only had about four hours and this definitely was the way to go. Will recommend to friends and family!

We recently took a tour/transfer with J&G elegance cars after a cruise which finished in Barcelona. We were picked up at the cruise port, had a 4 hour tour of Barcelona and then dropped off at the airport ready for our flight.
The pick up and drop off were so easy and straight forward. Our driver Daniel was an the port waiting for us, he was easy to find, having my name on visible on an iPad, but I had also been given his number to WhatsApp should I have been unable to find him. We were able to take all our luggage with us in the car.
The tour was perfect, exactly what we were hoping for and totally tailored to what we wanted to see. Plus with some added extras we never would have thought of on our own (some very beautiful stops with views over the whole city, the perfect picture spots). At the points we wanted to get out and look around/enter attractions, Daniel waited in the car with all our luggage for us. The car was beautifully clean and very comfortable, a booster seat was even provided for our 8 year old. This was definitely the best transfer service we’ve had!
The booking process with Reme was so easy and straight forward. The whole process from start to finish was just so seamless and this the perfect way to spend a morning after a cruise when your flight is later in the day.
We will definitely be recommending J&G Elegance to anyone we know visiting Barcelona and if we’re lucky enough to be back again will definitely look to arrange another transfer/ tour.

Having just landed in the morning in Barcelona, this was the perfect tour for our family of 7.
We were picked up on time by a great guide in a beautiful Mercedes van. He took us to all the Gaudi buildings, the cathedral, the park on the hill for fabulous views and had us back in 4 hours to check in to our hotel.
Highly recommend this tour and agency!

Amazing tour. We were able to customize it since we had already visited a few of the options. Very knowledgeable about the areas we were shown. More walking than I thought, but not a problem. She also gave us restaurant recommendations for later.

Pedro was fantastic! He drove us around Barcelona in style, sharing his wealth of knowledge about the city. His humor kept us entertained, and he was patient, letting us explore at our own pace. We have so many pictures and videos to share with friends and family. Highly recommend for a memorable tour experience!
