The directions to find this tour were terrible. All we were given was an address. We set out to find the location 50 minutes in advance of the meeting time. We stopped and asked several other vendors who had no idea where this location was. We called the phone number provided several times and got no answer. The phone just rang. One of the other gondoliers even called on his phone and got that the number wasn't working. We sent a message to the email provided and got no response. We finally arrived 30 minutes late. We were rudely informed that's it's too late for the hour and a half tour. We were told to return to the location in an hour to get the gondola ride. The gondolier shouted to fellow gondoliers the entire ride with no acknowledgement of his passengers. Save your money and just wait until you arrive in Venice and walk up and hire your own gondolier. Try to catch a gondolier nearer to the train station rather than by St. Mark's Square. It's not as crowded and a lot more quiet of a ride.

The guide was funny and informative but the audio was terrible and difficult to hear him at times. Too many people on this tour to get a personalized experience.

We started by St. Mark Square, and walked to a couple spots in the San Marco district, stopping every couple minutes to view parts of the city, including one of the many wells, a spiral staircase, and of course St. Mark’s Square itself.
The walking tour was about 45 minutes, and the guide was not the most enthusiastic, so it was challenging at times to retain what was being said.
We left the walking tour wanting more, as there are still 5 other districts in Venice left unexplored.
Then we were dropped off at the Gondola loading zone. We waited in line to board one of the Gondolas, where it was mentioned they are Gondolas for a party of 4 only, no 2-person Gondolas are available with this ticket (not the end of the world, but this was the first we had heard this).
The Gondola ride was about 20-25 minutes, so as soon as we boarded and entered the first canal, we turned a couple corners only to reach a Gondola traffic jam, where we waited for Gondolas to go under a low bridge, which took a few minutes to clear. Then we left the canals back to the Grand Canal and back to the dock where we unloaded.
Once again, we felt rushed, both with the walking tour and the Gondola ride.
Overall, we would have preferred to explore this unique city a different way, and we would have gone with a different Gondola ride that only seated 2 (as it was our honeymoon).

This was an exceptional tour, if u are reading this, book it now! Our guide, Elena, was very informed, funny, answered questions, paused to allow the group to enjoy points of interest and gave us logistical info along the way to help us maximize our overall visit to Venice. Was easy to find the meeting point (someone greeted us, then transitioned us to our guide). The whole tour team was “on it” amidst Venice tourist summer crowds. The price for this tour is cheap. Gondola rides are very expensive so doing this with the gondola ride helped us make everything affordable. The shared gondola ride was fun! We laughed and helped each take group pics. Ride went thru many canals! This was my third trip to Venice, best tour yet!

Although we missed our tour time, we were still able to ride the gondola, which was an unforgettable experience!

Adrian was a great guide, shared a lot of information about Venice and kept us away from all the crowds. The gondola ride was nice but you could tell the Gondolier wasn’t interested in the passengers, just wanted to take us on the route and get back, he talked with the other Gondoliers the whole ride

This was a good tour and we got a 4 person gondola ride. The walking portion of this tour was good, but for me, I would have liked a bit more narrative on how to navigate the city, and a little less history (maybe I just signed up for the wrong tour). We enjoyed the gondola ride at the end of our tour.

The tour guide was funny and engaging. We walked through parts of venice for a good hour and a half, but it was quite well paced.
