Filled the boat up and was unsafe,

Easy transfer and good price however very hard to communicate as they don’t check or reply to messages. Our flight was delayed by 3 hours and we tried to contact them to let them know as we didn’t know if they would be open by the time we got there but they were not reachable. Did not answer calls or messages so this was very stressful for us.

Unfortunately our driver missed our stop which was one of the first ones causing us to be on the taxi for almost two hours. It was an uncomfortable ride with luggage everywhere and constantly having to move. We only had one day in Venice and wasting all this time on the taxi was not part of our plan for the day. We ended up missing our tour of Doge’s palace due to this which was a lot of money lost not to mention I was sick from being on the ride for so long. Definitely wont be recommending this to anyone in the future

Mestre Bus Station to Marco Polo Airport:
Take great care when buying tickets as two companies operate from here and their logo is virtually identical; same colours and font, slight change to one letter.
Three ticket machines were not working on site so I bought tickets from the kiosk selling drinks etc; €10 each which is the going rate.
We boarded the coach and then found a m/c on the coach where you could pay by card but we didn’t know this. Having said that, I didn’t see it issue a ticket!
After 5 mins, two guards boarded the coach & told us we had bought tickets for the other company and proceeded to issue a fine of €50 each plus €10 each for ticket costs. They would not just sell us a ticket!
They issued fines of this value to an elderly French couple who had purchased tickets for the correct company online the evening before, but because they hadn’t got a physical ticket (was on her phone) they fined them! It’s a racket!

Not being dropped off at the committed stop per Viator’s confirmation. Went through rough roads and bridge with multiple luggages.

Booked this taxi to travel from the airport to the Hilton Stucky hotel. This taxi is a incredible deal. Presented the PDF travel voucher from Trip advisor to the team at desk 71. We arrived at our hotel with no issues within a hour.

Easy to schedule, easy to find, good communication. My favorite part was talking to the other people on the boat and taking pictures and having them take our pictures. It was fun!!
