Easy pick up & drop off at airport Hassle free..expensive but takes out the worry of finding bus/water taxi and was near to our accommodation.

This was a great way to get to and from airport to Hilton Molino Stucky Hotel. Boat took us right to hotel and staff was there to help us unload. When we arrived at hotel it was easy to find check in desk and we waited a short time for our transfer. The price is very reasonable and well worth it.

Easy to book and generally not kept informed about status. The pickup point was a little troublesome, just due to the amount of boats trying to use the jetties. But generally very good.

Water taxi sent hotel notice of my pick up time the day before. Service was on time (actually early) and got us to the airport promptly. Service saves significant money over private water taxi.

They were late picking us up. We were cramped in the boat. 10 people plus 20 suitcases. They dropped us off at a locked dock. We had to throw our luggage over a metal fence and try to climb over.

Supplier did not contact us with pick the night before as stated. Instead they e-mailed the hotel on the morning of departure. the pick up point was "Rialto" which is a Vaporetto and taxi area around 300m long.
20 minutes before departure we arrived at the taxi rank and waited. When the taxi did not arrive 10 minutes before, we started ringing the supplier to ask what wwas going on. We could get no reply from them. We finally got through 20 minutes later to be told tat we had missed our link as we should have been at the Rialto Hotel, some 100m further on. i asked if they were sending another as we had to catch our plane. They told us that it was our fault and we would have to make our own arrangements. This meant getting the vaporetto which got us in 40 minutes before our flight and just 10 minutes before the gate was due to close. As it was 15 minutes from boat to terminal and then we had to make security, it seemed unlikely we would make our flight. By sheer chance our plane was delayed by 40 minutes and so we made it.
So if you want a concise location, contacted when they say, a supplier you can reach and not be left stranded, dont use this service. The vaporretto is 1/3 of the price, runs every 30 minutes and only takes 10 minutes longer. Save yourself the money and stress!
