It is incredibly difficult to listen with one earpiece, take photos, and follow a group through a crowd. We never knew how long we would stop and where.

We were quite disappointed when we got to Rome's train station and found our train canceled because of a rail strike which we knew nothing about. We called right away to tell them we were unable to get to Venice and they refused to give us a refund because it was past their 24 hour deadline. Evidently this rail strike was planned and we had no way to know that. Trip advisor/Viator also refused a refund. Please check ahead of time and don't let this happen to you!

We could not find the meeting place. The instructions were not clear and vague. We found it only to be outside a shop. By this time it was too late. I communicated this with the team to see if we could reschedule and they were most unhelpful.

We have requested a refund. Our guide took 45 minutes to get us into the tour then before the entrance of the church she said she would share 15 minutes with us and then we would have to guide ourselves. Please refund our money

Nothing compares with the beauty of the Basilica, so we booked a guided tour so that we could learn about the history of the building. We were given earpieces and were in a group of about 16 people with one guide. Our meeting point was a 5 minute walk away from the Square and the guide began talking to us as we walked. So far so good... It some became clear that the earpieces were cutting in and out and that the guide's voice was extremely difficult to hear. We spent the next hour hearing random words and expressions instead of a flow of conversation. It was extremely frustrating and disappointing. We managed to learn very little from the experience and would have been better off booking entry tickets alone and reading the information within the building
