The guide was really engaging and well informed. The tour started slowly because we spoke about Venice’s history in the plaza before entering the palace. The guide also needed to collect our tickets before we could enter. It would be nice if the tickets were collected beforehand, because we only spent 10-15 minutes in the prison. I was most excited for the prison tour since I’ve read so many novels set in the prisons below the palace. However the guide was funny and I enjoyed the experience.

Our guide Ketty was a wealth of knowledge and fun facts during the tour. We enjoyed the tour. Note, although it was listed as ‘small group’ we had 19 people on our tour.

The museum is huge and our tour was short. While we enjoyed it, I expected more for the price. The cutting the line was good but going over the Bridge is Aighs was rushed.

Great skip-the-line experience at the Palace…especially loved the prison part of the tour! Tour length was good - very hot in the summer so can’t go much longer in the non-air conditioned palace. Small group size was perfect.

We went with Eddy. She was lovely and warm. Very charming. But I’m afraid she didn’t know very much about the Palace and we could haven gathered much more by reading wiki. I would not recommend.
