Our pick up info came five minutes after the time we were supposed to be picked up. They took us to a sketchy transfer area and forced us to pay fees that were not disclosed for life jackets that should have been included. Instructions were poor and it impacted our day negatively. You need to bring a towel to the cenote and you MUST rent a locker and need pesos to do so. You are forced to listen to a promotion for a Mayan foundation before lunch at barely 11 am. Then you don't get food until you return and find your own after 9 pm. Worst of all, the internet said we would have 1 hour at Valladolid and we counted on it to shop for souvenirs for our family. They told us en route it would only be 30 minutes which is not enough time to do anything. By the time we got there it was end of day and they gave us 25 minutes. Not enough info. Broken promises. Added costs. Do not recommend.
