We hired Jose Manuel Palafox. He was excellent. Very kind and very knowledgeable. He didn't push us to go too fast, but kept a good pace. Even though it rained all day, we had a wonderful time with him and learned a lot about Mexican culture, specifically Mayan's. Highly recommend and I kept his business card for future reference and referrals. Thank you Jose for a great day. And thank you Hilton Playa Del Carmen for making the connection to Jose and Palafox tours.

We set off to Coba Maya on our jungle adventure at 6am with tui . Our excellent tour guide was Raul who served pastries & juice for breakfast. ! We chose the tui tour because by setting of early in morning the coach is the first arrival at Coba before it gets really busy and also before it gets too hot ! When we arrived at Coba we took the option to walk a short distance to take in jungle atmosphere. You also get the option of a aided cycle ride . What an amazing site Coba is . My husband & myself both climbed to the top , what an experience wow . There is a rope in the middle to hold onto if needed ( just don’t look back ) When you reach the top the views are amazing, breathtaking. I think it’s 130 feet high ! You can come back down on your behind if you find it easier and safer , it’s a long way down . I chose this method!! I’m so glad I climbed Coba . We also visited an open cenote ,visited a Mayan village which is very interesting to see how Mayan people live and enjoyed a lovely Mayan buffet lunch in a little restaurant too . A fantastic experience and day out . Thanks to our very informative guide Raul 😀

My wife and I came to Playa Del Carmen for our honeymoon and wanted to get the best experience out of our visit, so we booked several tours with Palafox Tours. Out tour guide, Manuel Palafox, was very courteous, friendly, professional, and very knowledgeable about the area and the history of every cite we visited. Some of the places/cites my wife I visited were Chichen Itza, Coba, different Cenotes, Tulum, and Maya Ruins. My wife and I had an amazing time and will mostly likely come back, since there's more cites to see and more to explore. Thank you Palafox Tours for an amazing experience!
