DO NOT USE THIS SERVICE!! Always call your hotel FIRST and ask what transportation to and from airport costs. This company charges DOUBLE what hotels do. In addition, they sent the driver to wrong resort after I signed the receipt with my hotel perfectly written on it. They claimed they WILL NOT refund me after they convinced us to pre pay the ride round trip. I could not believe it. Just horrifying experience and service. $105 down the drain (for what ended up being $70 bc we had to get a taxi van from the hotel instead which was so much cheaper). I really wish we would have just called our resort first, I am extremely disappointed.

Excellent communication from the company. Driver was excellent and ride was comfortable. They are on time. only problem was getting from terminal four to terminal three. The directions from the people outside the terminal was always incorrect. You can take any shuttle, like the one going to terminal two, and it will then go to terminal three.

One of the most well known companies for airport transfers. Unfortunately, this will be my last time utilizing this company. They started asking customers to "present their ID" in order to board the van. That's fine, but they go farther! The agent takes a PICTURE of your complete ID. The days that I traveled, I saw multiple IDs in a WhatsApp chat thread. The sight was so unsettling that I promised I would come and advise other potential customers. While the service is usually good, this new policy of taking pictures has to stop. Just imagine: Someone could be paying to get photos of REAL IDs of customers around the world and these employees HAVE them! It's not a farfetched idea in the world we live in. So it's OK to let them SEE your ID, but if you use eTransfer, do NOT allow them to take a picture of your ID. That is a serious personal security risk.

Alias was awesome!! Above and beyond service! He was super friendly and even though I don’t speak spanish we were still able to chat and enjoy the long ride to our resort in Tulum.

Incredible service. Driver went back for the purse my friend left in the van. Communication is through the company to reach the driver but it worked. Driver was also pleasant! Do bring money for tip because it is not included in the $200 fee from tulum to cancun airport.

We had to wait 1hour for our ride. No apologies. Just kept saying 15mins until it was an hour. We waited about 20mins first and already got in the ride when they apologised that it was the wrong ride and then the remaining 40mins was for the actual vehicle assigned to us.
