The best thing about this tour was the tour guide who spoke for the first 10 minutes and the people who work there. Five out of five for them.
For those who have visited Meow Wolf and are expecting this kind of interactivity, it’s not there yet. They are true to what they are selling : 12 rooms, you can only go one way, and it takes less than an hour to walk though. Bathrooms are in the 3rd room and bit in the lobby (this is well marked) but still not ideal.
But for 2 adults and 1 kid @$96 I didn’t think it was worth that. Maybe $60. It’s not that engaging for kids compared to Meow Wolf. They did say they were expanding it in a new location so there’s hope. I hope it’s in a giant converted warehouse with multiple floors for the price of admission. There are so many great local artists.
That said, there are good photo ops and my favorite room was the first feather room.

I absolutely loved this experience. Our guide was very knowledgeable and gave us the ultimate experience. The best part was when we were allowed to explore and take photos. There are also some areas with phone holders to assist in your photo opportunities. Definitely a great stop, 10/10

Really enjoyed seeing how artists interpret NOLA in their art - the good, bad and fabulous. Not a very long activity but very happy we did and then visited the surrounding area.
