I have to admit I was beyond hesitant given the reviews that I read. However, Abbi was the epitome of customer service. He arrived earlier than expected so my wait time wasn’t long. Contrary to the reviews for this company he had a sign and called to let me know he was there. Unfortunately, I didn’t answer unknown calls. He was a breath of fresh air for me giving I was traveling solo staying at the Hilton Cancun. I arrived safely and he even took pictures for me. I hope everyone traveling to Cancun can experience him and tip him. He is so worth it.

I contracted the service from Shuttle Central and we couldn't have had better luck. Our driver Hugo was the best.
Their service, kindness and attention made us feel welcome and confident that our transfer was in the best hands.
We hope to meet him again in the future and definitely request his services again.

The driver was visible right as we walked out with my name on his sign. It was a very smooth transaction. I will use them again in future travels. We felt safe and made it to our destination without a problem.

Great transfer Abbi was awesome, knowledgeable and helpful. Had to wait an hour and a half for our bags and he was still there.
