Driver was prompt and attentive. Great service. Both times the driver confirmed my reservationand dropped me off at my destinations safely. Very professional.

I aWhen asked what terminal, so they could send a driver, I informed that there was a very long back up in customs and I would let them know when we were done. An hour later, I was asked how much longer and I responded 30 people still Infront of us hopefully less than an hour. When we were through, in less than an hour, I let them know we were grabbing luggage, than a few minutes later that we were out, only to be told the driver left 20 minutes prior and there was nothing they could do . When I agreed to not have a refund but keep the return of my round trip, I was told he didn't know if he could do that. Don't use these people, they don't actually care what responses you are sending to keep them informed, and will leave you standing in the rain and needing to pay a taxi.

When we exited the airport and I saw my name on the board, was great. I didn't need to find someone in a specific outfit amongst a lot of people in the same outfit.

Toook just few minutes to ask around about our transfer company and after guide from some other agency made a call on our behalf, our driver appeared in a few minutes. Just one additional comment. Driver did not have a green shirt, but he had a poster with our name in it. We will have same company for our transfer back to the airport.

Thank you for a great experience. Upon arrival we were called by the driver to ensure the meeting location was understood. They were also very accommodating for departure and flexible with pick up time. Smooth and professional service. Would highly recommend and will be using again.

Due to bad weather in Houston my flight was over 3 hours late. Instead of arriving at 9pm it was well after midnight when I arrived and then had to clear customs. I was concerned my pickup would have given up but there was Felipe with a big welcoming smile. He told me it was all good and now I’m here I can relax and start my holiday. My trip to my hotel was very quick and smooth with some great party tunes in the background. Would definitely use again.
