Excellent communication with video for pickup spot, punctual with a nice comfortable van. Less costly than cruise ship excursion- more comfortable than a taxi. Water and additional stops were offered.

Nice car. Had water and Turkish candy which was fun. Driver didn’t speak English but it was easy to communicate with the company through WhatsApp and they translated our messages to the driver which was surprisingly smooth. Would recommend.

The driver arrived a little early, which was good. He was helpful with the luggage, both loading and unloading. However, he was not familiar with Galataport and he entered the parking garage entrance, rather than the cruise check in entrance. As a result, we had to carry our luggage from the parking garage to the cruise baggage checkin station, rather than being dropped off at the cruise baggage checkin station.

Driver was polite, however no english, car had license plate different from the one given, and driver took us to airport instead of the hotel - just a misunderstanding. I think I was supposed to get a ride also the next morning to the airport but I just took a taxi because it was only 10 minutes away. Car was very nice, clean and water offered.

Pick up was requested at 10am . Driver called prior and confirmed with hotel staff that we were waiting. Driver arrived on time, vehicle was modern and clean, driver very courteous and the transfer to the port was as expected despite Istanbul traffic!

Vulcan is EXCELLENT!! He was on time, and very prompt. He answered What's App immediately and was very helpful. He gave great directions on how to get from the cruise ship to the port where he was. He sent us a video of how to get to the pick up location. The car was very nice and clean. The driver then got us to the hotel safely. We called him back to take us to the airport, and he was very prompt to get us to the airport on time. Would highly recommend using them!

The service was very good. Very nice vehicle, on time and good communication from the coordinator. He sent us very clear instructions on where to meet the driver, and was very responsive on What’s App to any questions. One thing to note, the label doesn’t say it is just one way. When I signed up, it took my info from Galataport to the hotel and also asked for my departure trip, airline and time if pick-up so I thought it included the second ride to the airport. When I inquired later, I was informed that it was only the transfer from the boat port to the hotel that was included. Due to the confusion, they helped me get a ride to the airport which I really appreciated. Their service is very good and reliable. Just make sure you know if it’s a one or two way ride you are getting
