Our tour guide was so nice and great but unfortunately the weather was not great so the Hakone boat ride was changed to a very old Swan boat on a different lake that did not have enough seating so it was way over crowded and uncomfortable to see a cloud covering Mt Fuji on a bad boat. Also the Ropeway was cancelled due to weather but I felt it was not that bad of weather other than very cloudy so maybe we would not see much anyways so instead we went to a beautiful Temple

Aiko was a great guide! Highly recommend! Although we didn’t get to see Mt. Fuji due to the weather, Aiko tried her best to make our tour more interesting. She was very kind and super helpful. We felt so much more comfortable having her considering we were traveling with our 22 month old baby.

Enthusiastic guide, her name is It was a good It was a good trip. The weather was very cloudy so we couldn’t see , so you should keep in mind to check the weather before booking.
The guide, Aiko, was very enthusiastic and nice to be around.
The only thing that bothered me was the long bus trip. A lot of sitting…

Incredible destinations with an enjoyable guide. Aiko had a lot of fun interactions and activities for the group, as well as sharing lots of facts and information about the various destinations.

I had really high hopes when I booked the trip. But if I could go back times I wouldn’t do it again.

A few things:
1. Due to the bad traffic in the morning, the whole trip was rushed (this is not their fault, but for us it was unpleasant. We had to rush through the sites)
2. Lunch was really bad. It’s not what you see in the photos (on the cruise, sashimi). The food was very westernized but really bad quality. Tempura was cold, bread was really dry, and there weren’t many options. Not to mention the staff didn’t refill the food.
3. The guide was not as experienced. It went a bit unorganized.
4. The spent most of our time in bus. (Which again isn’t their fault, Mount Fuji is a bit far. But if I could do it again, I might pick different a trip with less sites)

Everything was nice. A knowledgeable tour guide, confortable bus, very good lunch and effective adjustments on the fly.

Mount Fuji was not fully visible, but going up to the 5th Station was interesting and the visits in Hakone very good alternatives.

Hiro was very informative, fun, and wanted to more info about Tokyo other than the tour. He talked to us while in transit to each destination suggesting food spots and other activities so it was definitely a privilege having him. The tour itself was amazing seeing mount Fuji, the gardens, the shrine all worth the price. The food was interesting but it taste good and satisfying. I would recommend this for your trip to Japan. I stayed in Tokyo so seeing the country side was refreshing.

Unfortunately it rained heavily all day on our Mt Fuji tour but our guide Aiko was amazing. She entertained us on the bus, interacted with everyone and looked after us very well in trying circumstances. Our driver, Ichi, spoke excellent English and skillfully navigated the wet roads. An enjoyable day despite the adverse conditions
