Made communicated with us prior to the pick up to introduce himself. He sent a photo of himself holding the signage to show his location at the airport. He was polite and friendly and made the transfer effortless

Smooth airport tranfer, even it took about an hour for me to collect my luggage at arrival. Mr Made (transport driver) was holding a big card with my name and flight number written on it just to ensure that I could see him. He is such a warm and friendly guy. He drove me around for my entire tours in Bali. He is always puntual and smiley.
