I assumed when they asked for your flight info it was so they can be updated if we were going to be late or early. Wrong. Our flight was an hour late. No one arrived to pick us up.

Driver was late
Never spoke the entire trip, did not point out any sights along the route.
I had to run to keep up with him from the arrival area to his car.

This was awful and the transfer never showed up and my wife and I were stranded at the airport in a foreign country speaking a different language at 01:00 am. There was no phone support to the driver and all we could do is send an email which is unacceptable especially with late night early morning transfers.
Viator customer support did answer when called but could not offer an alternate solution.....Heck of a way to start vacation.

This was perfect for our family of 4 landing in Athens for the first time. Our driver was on time, easy to locate, helped with all of our luggage, and parked close by. We were in a roomy nice van to get to our hotel. Our driver was super nice and knowledgeable about Athens and we highly recommend using this airport transfer service.

I paid for what was described as a luxury private transfer.
What showed up was a regular yellow taxi. I could have taken any taxi and paid less.
