Was on time and very courteous. We left our ship 30 minutes early and expected to have to wait. But our driver was there waiting for us. Car was very nice. Would use again

Driver never showed up. No sign with our name! We want a full refund please. We waited for over one hal hour and no one came.

Waited over an hour past our pick up time. At first we called and was told driver was stuck in traffic. Called back and was told driver called out and that they were sending somebody else. We were picked up in a dirty private mid-sized opal for a family of 4 with 4 suitcases and carry ons. Half the trunk space was filled with their personal items and had to stack our bags. Upon arrival to our hotel, they dropped us off on the side of the road when the hotel had a grand entrance with a driveway for a guest drop off. Not a good experience! We should have gotten a refund!

Our driver, Oskar, was waiting for us when we arrived at the cruise terminal and provided a nice comfortable ride in his Mercedes Van for our group to our rental house in the suburbs of Athens.

Our driver showed up on time, helped us put the luggage in the car and got us to our hotel promptly. We were so glad that we had prearranged this when we saw the mile long line of people getting off of the cruise ship waiting for a taxi.
