The City Pass entitles you to entry to La Cité du Vin, Les Bassins des Lumières and more than 15 museums. In addition to public transport throughout the city. It's very worth it.

Good way to discover Bordeaux, meets expectations, perhaps the number of members on the walking tour (30) excessive. Very good guide.

Very conclusive experience.
You must check the number of places to visit (city of wine) and if necessary book (Tour de Pey Berleand) or even ensure that certain sites are not closed (customs history museum until the end of 2025)
During this period and especially during the week, there are no crowds and therefore the City Pass package is very attractive, even compared to a reduced rate.
Buying it at the station allows you to have free transport to the tourist office where you will be informed.
Special dedication to the marine museum with an original scfnography

Necessary. Includes tickets to several museums, discounts on activities and a public transportation pass. Recommended if you are going to stay more than 1 day.

The citypass is really practical for the TRAM and museum visits. It's a shame there isn't a 4-day formula!

City pass bug.
The information given in public transport on the validity of the card does not correspond to the actual validity of the card.
Arrived 20 after deactivation of the card at Bassins des Lumières we were rejected despite having an active pass for another 3 hours on public transport
In addition, access to the Bassin des Lumières is very poorly indicated and pedestrian access is not suitable.

We enjoyed easy safe public transportation for our 3 days, along with a boat trip and museum visits. A great value and valuable addition to our Bordeaux experiences.

Very good option to get to know and to move around the city, going to the museums was very useful for us, they sold it to us at the tourist office, which is super nice to arrive at a place where there are still people who take care of you and help you plan your days .

You immediately feel the passion of the people who do their job, and that is not something you find everywhere. I never felt apprehensive about returning to the Tourist Office to ask for additional information. I would like to warmly thank everyone at reception for their professionalism, but also for their kindness. May God bless you and make your life easier.

There are no better people to ask but experts. Even with a week here in the city we didn't want to spend our days helplessly following Google maps. A very knowledgeable advisor pointed out the places that would interest us and suggest how we could plan our days. Saving on entry fees and getting around with a 'citypass'. We are sure to have a great time!
