Terrible. Hours and hours of waiting and the audio guide doesn't work. Absolute crap. Instead, choose the Madrid CITY TOUR which runs much more frequently and is discounted at 50% fiko for 15 years.

We got on the bus and sat for 40 minutes. Bwhen we asked why we were told there was an issue with the driver. He'd be 20 minutes. They sent us across the road we were told the bus would be 3 minutes. It was 20 before we left. The journey itself was ok but the commentary was ordinary. It was not worth the a$ 100 we paid. I can't recommend this service. It seems that there are better options.
